When we talk about financial capability we evaluate a families income and expenses to determine current cash flow and provide a snapshot of how your spending plan would look like with a mortgage.

During a credit analysis session, we will soft-pull credit profile for review. We will look at spending patterns to indicate utilization warning signs, payment history, discuss credit mix, and create a strategy to increase credit scores to reach a families financial and credit goals. All families will receive a free credit analysis report.

Purchasing a home can be scary, confusing and even frustrating. We have heard many stories about the homebuying process, which is why we have developed this program. During our 4 hour Homebuyer Bootcamp, you will learn the basics of Homeownership from the time you start with gathering information to closing at the title company and leaving with the keys. 

Having great credit is not always easy. However, once the understanding of a person's spending behavior is acknowledged it jump starts the path for Success. We understand that when life happens there are some things you just can't avoid. This 2 hour program about the importance of credit, the 4 C's of credit and how lifestyle and mindset plays a significant role in making financial decisions families will be equipped with greater credit management skills.

Who wants to budget, right? Well, it's not that budgeting is important, it is a matter of necessity. No one plans to fail, but in most cases it is the failing to plan that causes many people to lose the money game. During this 2 hour program we will discuss mindset, buyer behavior, financial trauma, planning for success, family dynamics from the past and present and leaving financial intellectual property as part of your legacy. 

We are Excited to share that we have officially launched our Life Insurance Division to help families protect their families.
